An Italy-USA Foundation conference discussing “The myth of eternal youth. Law and research on stem cells in USA and in Italy” will be held in Rome at 5:00 pm on April 14, 2011 at Chamber of Deputies, Conference Hall of Palazzo Marini. After an opening remarks by the President of the Italy-USA Foundation Hon. Rocco Girlanda, the seminar will be introduced by the Vicepresident of the Foundation, Hon. Gabriella Giammanco. The panel participants include Renato Calabria, Plastic Surgeon MD, Beverly Hills, California; Silvana Campisi, Director Stem Cells Azienda Ospedaliera Sant’Andrea; Ruggero De Maria, Director Department of Oncology, Superior Health Institute; Ignazio Marino, Italian Senate Committee on Health; Angelo Vescovi, McKnight Brain Institute, University of Florida.
